How to Manage the Roadmap on Leanbe
Roadmap relates to the plan that will guide the team members and show them how to reach the desired goals.
At Leanbe we differ private and public roadmaps, which can be checked below.
The private roadmap helps to create a workspace to share duties with your team members when working on an appropriate product.
It is possible to create epics, set releases, and OKRs for them to show on a private roadmap.

To access the roadmap, from your Leanbe Dashboard open the Products section and click Roadmap.
Check epics with the Releases and Objectives filters as shown in the video below.
Easily place epics from one tab to another using the drag & drop method.
It is possible to create epics, releases, and OKRs directly inside the roadmap as well as to edit epics.
In order to to get engaged with your users, it is crucial to have a public portal, so the users can leave idea requests, check new announcements and review your public roadmap to stay updated on all changes you would like to share with them.
Created epics with the appropriate statuses can be shown inside the public roadmap.
Please, ensure to create epics and public portal beforehand, so you can manage your public roadmap.
To access the roadmap, from your Leanbe Dashboard open the Products section and click Roadmap.
After switching to the Public tab, check epics with the appropriate statuses as shown in the video below:
Change the epics ordering inside the columns and easily move epics between the columns using the drag & drop method as well as edit epics directly from the roadmap.
